Bretby Hotel & Conference Centre
By combining our three banqueting rooms we have a total capacity for 900 guests. With free parking for 500 vehicles and accommodation at preferential rates, we have all the attributes for your special event, making Bretby Hotel & Conference Centre the leading Asian wedding venue near Nottingham,Derby and Stoke.
We understand the importance that food plays in your special day and have approved caterers to provide the highest quality cuisine and service specifically designed for your festivities. Our preferred catering partner, Johal Catering, are renowned as one of the country’s most prestigious catering companies, priding themselves on value for money and sensational food. Their creative and dedicated team will work closely with you to ensure everything down to the smallest detail is covered.
Derby Conference Centre
Our stunning sunken lounge offers an exceptional setting, having a capacity for up to 250 guests and space for a stage. In addition to this we boast 8 acres of magnificent grounds, the perfect location for a marquee.
Working along side 2 specialist catering companies, we can ensure all of your requirements are met.
We are also able to offer your guests onsite AA 3 star rated bedroom facilities.
The venue also has 250 free car parking spaces with ample space for coach parking.
Heritage Hotel
The Heritage Hotel has two main function rooms, which are ideal for Wedding Receptions. The Derwent Suite, which is the larger of the two, can cater for up to 350 guests and the Edale Suite, up to 150 guests. Of course, should your numbers be above the maximum capacity of the Derwent Suite, the Edale can be opened up to combine both room, to then give you a 500 maximum capacity.

With commanding views of the stadium, it provides the most dramatic setting imaginable for this most important of days.
Secondly, you want a place which understands the importance of attention to detail. Flowers and table settings; exquisite menus created to your precise instructions; beautifully printed invitations. At Pride Park Stadium, we can offer as much – or as little – expert help as you need.
Lastly, you need an organisation that loves a challenge. We can create everything from a relaxed buffet for 50 to a themed occasion with set designs and dressing, to a five course luncheon or dinner for 300.
